6th Grade Introduction to Visual Arts:
This course introduces sixth - grade students to the basic elements of art through painting, drawing, collage, narrative art, and simple sculpture. Application of the elements of design to the student's own original artwork is a major emphasis.
Crafts/Sculpture/Pottery:
Seventh-grade students have the opportunity to work with various sculpture techniques. Wood, clay, soft sculptures, and wire are used to create-display-quality three- dimensional works.

The eight-grade design class is an in-depth course of continued study of the elements and principles of design. Various mediums are used in this course. In this students receive a design challenge that they will use tools such as photo-shop, digital cameras, and other methods of creating original designs.
